Refund policy
In short: catalogue pieces made to order — 14 days to return, full refund, worldwide. One-of-one pieces with natural stones or meteorite — final sale: each exists once. Anything that arrives damaged or wrong is on us, always. And in the United States, import duties are on us too.
Made to order — 14 days, full refund
Most STRUGA pieces are cast for your order. We could call that non-returnable — the law in most countries would let us. We don't: you have 14 days from delivery to send a piece back for a full refund. An object has to be right, or it goes back to the workshop.
- Unworn, in its original packaging, complete.
- Write to contact@strugadesign.com first — we confirm the return and send the address. Unannounced parcels are not accepted.
- Each piece is photographed before it ships, and a hand-finished surface is individual — the object that comes back must be the object we sent.
- Return shipping is on the sender. The refund — the full price of the piece, to the original payment method — goes out once the piece passes inspection at the workshop. Original shipping isn't refunded.
Ring sizing
If a ring doesn't fit, we resize it once, free — you cover shipping both ways. Write before sending.
One-of-one — final sale
A piece built around a natural stone or meteorite exists once. The stone is one of a kind; an exact copy cannot be made — so these are final sale. If a one-of-one arrives damaged, that is not a return: see below, it is on us.
Damaged, defective, wrong — on us, always
Open the parcel and look. If something is wrong with the piece, send photos to contact@strugadesign.com within 48 hours of delivery — we repair, replace or refund in full, shipping included.
Lifetime workshop care
Any STRUGA piece can return to the workshop for cleaning or minor repair, free, for as long as you own it — you cover the way to us, the work and the way back are ours. Patina is not damage; it is how Living Silver records its owner. We remove it only if you ask.
